NNG is looking for a Marketing CRM Specialist to join the Aftersales Team based in Budapest. You are the ideal candidate if you have online marketing in the veins, with a strong understanding of e-mail marketing and customer relationship management. If you can set up and manage e-mail campaigns autonomously, supporting our promotions and online activities with minimal guidance. If you are familiar with E-mail Marketing, CRM, e-DM Campaigns, Google Analytics, CTR, OTR, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Social Media Campaigns, have experience with Online Marketing and Website Development. 
What would be your responsibilities? 
  • Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize e-mail campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Assure that our marketing campaigns are efficient and effective. When it comes to Salesforce Marketing Cloud you should be the smartest and most experienced person in the team. 
  • Analytics and Optimization: Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness. Use marketing tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics and additionally make proposals on which tools we should use to track, report, and analyze campaign performance. 
  • Financial analysis: Track, analyze, report, and present the statistics of the campaigns.  
  • Content Creation: Create compelling and engaging content for e-DM campaigns (independent or with the help of our graphic designers). 
  • Social Media Account Management: During campaigns, be responsible for administering and configuring the Facebook and Instagram accounts of the specific products, brands. 
  • Cross-domain collaboration: Work with our Account Managers, collaborate with engineering to align marketing activities with the developments, and support the sales team. Contribute to the definition and prioritization of product development requests during joint planning sessions with product management and delivery teams. 
  • External vendor coordination: Coordinate the processes with our consultancy agency be the first point of contact. Actively participate in the planning and coordination of joint program marketing initiatives with existing and potential OEM and Tier 1 customers and partners. 
  • Market Research & Strategy: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor insights. Work with the stakeholders to create a strategy to drive online traffic to our e-commerce site. 
  
The ideal candidate should possess the followings:
  • Experience: 3-5 years in e-mail marketing. A college/university degree is required. 
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English; knowledge of a second language is an advantage. 
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or another e-DM tool). Experience in Google Analytics. 
  • Interpersonal Skills: Positive, enthusiastic, and proactive. Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric attitude. Flexible and a good team player.  
  
Moreover, you have any of the followings:
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry
  • Knowledge of IT, AI or technical field
  • Social Media and Online Marketing experience
  • General knowledge of GPS navigation systems
