As the Senior Marketing & Communications Lead at NNG, you will lead the strategic development of our brand, product messaging, digital presence, and go-to-market activities. This is a cross-functional leadership role spanning product marketing, brand strategy, content leadership, and internal/external communications.
You’ll work closely with Product, UX, Engineering, Sales, HR, and Legal teams to deliver consistent and compelling messaging, manage marketing operations, and ensure our marketing initiatives drive measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Marketing & GTM
Define positioning and messaging in close collaboration with product teams.
Drive go-to-market strategies, product rollouts, and sales enablement.
Translate features into user-centric benefits and business outcomes.
Brand Strategy & Communication
Manage NNG’s brand across internal and external channels.
Align messaging with business goals and ensure visual/tonal consistency.
Lead strategic content development (web, social, press, presentations).
Website & Content
Own corporate web presence, content hierarchy, and CMS.
Ensure alignment with legal and stakeholder needs.
Internal & Partner Communications
Manage company-wide internal comms and leadership messaging.
Run joint partner campaigns and represent NNG at global industry events.
Team & Operations
Lead the internal marketing team and coordinate with external agencies.
Oversee marketing budget, vendor contracts, and compliance (GDPR, IP, NDAs).
Track KPIs, marketing performance, and impact on revenue/adoption.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5–8+ years in marketing, product marketing, or communications (preferably in tech/automotive).
Strong product marketing, storytelling, and brand strategy experience.
Excellent English communication and content development skills.
Hands-on expertise with CMS, marketing analytics, and legal compliance.
Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and agencies.
Preferred Experience
Experience with mobile app marketing, embedded systems, or automotive software.
Familiarity with marketing legal processes and procurement frameworks.
Track record of global product launches and thought leadership content creation.
Background in marketing team management and agency oversight.
