Junior Security Engineer Trainee
At NNG, we focus on providing millions of drivers and enterprises worldwide with reliable navigation software.
NNG is looking for a Junior Security Engineer Trainee to support us in the Cybersecurity area in 16 hours / week.
To ensure secure SW development process there is a need for secure coding, source code analysis, open source & 3rd party component monitoring & management processes and tools to be used.
The required processes shall be created & documented, the tools shall be identified, PoC shall be created, and shall be introduced into NNG secure SW development process.
What would be your responsibilities?
- Secure coding guidelines & trainings
- Source code analysing
- OSS & 3rd party SW component management
- Source code analysis for known vulnerabilities
- Monitoring & analysis of new threats, reporting
What You Need to Know/Have:
- Skills with coding, scripting, version control
- Rings the bell: python, sql, Cpp, java, wsl, docker, webservices
- Familiar with virtualization, linux, windows, android
- Ongoing university studies
- Preferably writing a thesis in this topic
Skills:
- Self-motivated
- Independent at work
- Good documentation skills
