What would be your job?

• Preparation of pricing requests and pricing analyses
• Preparation, checking and sending of royalty reports to NNG’s content providers
• Matching incoming reports with internal system reports
• Aligning with the financial department about correction reports
• Dealing with 3rd party providers, requesting price quotations, sourcing needed materials and handling contracting process if needed
• Preparation of ITM requests
• Maintenance of the intranet site

What kind of experience you need?

• Preciseness, having good numerical skills and attention to detail
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel (most common formulas, Pivot, but no scripting knowledge required)
• Minimum 2 years experience in a multinational environment, with customer or partner handling
• 1-2 years experience gained in a similar role is a huge advantage
• Fluent English
• Fluent Hungarian
• Tolerance for monotony
• Understanding how processes work in a multinational environment
